My dad don't no and sister don't no.?

I have no pad, tampons, I use toilet paper. My dad does laundry. I had 1 pad, slept sat up and went whent all in my undies. Then I looked at my favorite pajama pants (stewie from family fuy) and blood all threw the crotch area and front. Please help this is an important thing.
