Terrible Cramps. Im tired of this pain. please help ?

so ever since i was younger i had terrible cramps. i had my first periode when i was in 5th grade so i was about 10 or 11. now my cramps hurt so bad. i get them in my legs stomach back and arms. its terrible. now that im in highschool its gotten worse. the first couple days are so bad that i usually have to come home from school because i cant stand it. i have been taking ideprophen and everytime i have to usually take 3 of them the first round because it hurts so bad. and i usually cant wear tampons, like once i have it in, it kinda feels okay but it still hurts but taking it out os the worst. feels like im ripping everything out. and i dont even wanna think about sex, just the though of it hurts. and i have bad sweating, i will be sitting there and all of a sudden get really hot and feel dizzy. i freak out my teachers all the time with it. it really looks like im gonna pass out. and whenever i go to the bathroom ( not peeing) my stomach will feel like its exploding. my tummy tightens up and all i can do is just sit there and wait. and i discharge alott. its kinda gross. and im on birth control because i heard it helps. and it did.. sorta. my cramps arent as bad as they used to be. but i still have to stay home from school. and i used to take midol but it never helped me. im tired of this pain, can anyone please tell me whats going on ?
