My period is really different this month!?

I got my period today and it was really light, then i checked my tampon later and it was gone now its back and its really llight. What is this a sign of? please help? Oh and im 15 and ive had it since i was 13... me and my boyfriend havent had sex but its been in that area and his fingers have been too... HELP!!!!
