How do i get my brother to stop stealing from me?

ok so my bro has been stilling $ from me from about the time i was like 5! i am 13 and he is 16. but it has got worse! ok this is gana b like the weirdist thing you have ever heard, so prep yourself................ he has not only stole money but, gum, candy, water balloones, chips, cups and other stuff like that, and now for the weird stuff, nail polish, razer blades, (for me, as in girls) tampons, pads, and things like that! idk y he would want the things listed under weird stuff! i want to know why though! i mean does he want to show his friends (guys please answer this part) do guys find it cool? is that fun to boys? is it cool if a guy can get his hands on tampons and pads? and i found the razer blade when i wuz looking for my gum! but to day while i was babysiting he was at the house all alone, when i came in my room my bag that i got from the dentist that was on a box n my room was knocked on the floor. weird right? so of course the first thing i cheek is the drower i had my $106 in! (i would of had $126 but he stole a 20 the other week and i kinda let it slide) and i looked and i only had $86!?! so i thank "he had to look in all of my drowers, cause i had moved it from the last time, so i looked n my drower with my snacks in it, nothing gone, i look in the one beside it, my tampon box is open! so i look in it and i only had 4 in it, the last time i looked i had a little over half a box! and i need them like today! :0 if u no what i mean so i tell my mom and she gave me permition to look in his room, i look everywere and then i find a bottle of my nail polish, and that is all so i ask my mom where he went and she tells me he went to one of his friends house so im like "would he take tampons to his friends house so they could look at them or something" i mean would he? and anyway i got $20 from him without him knowing and he comes banging on my door and says why did u take 50 bucks from me!?! and im like what? and my dad comes in and says give him his $50 i say i got 20 becasue he got 20 from me last week! and i should of got 40 but i didnt know he had got 40 from me that month when i got it................ but anyways skip till at night so i go take a shower and i get out and go to get one of my pads................. and their is only 4! so i am like REALLY POed now! so i go back n my room and look at my $ to make sure it is all their and 20 is gone, agine! so i text him a message that sayed " when i wake up all $40 and everything elts BETTER b n my room! i don't care where it is but it better b n their, where i can c it! u have no clue y i need that! y do u think i haven't spent it!?! if u don't u wont like what is comeing 2 u when i do have enough $!" and he tells me "i just let mama read that *** hole" so i put "i really dont care! cause u no u got it!" and he gets all mad and stuff so anyways he told me he wouldn't give it back and kept calling me *** hole and i told him wana bet!?! and that wuz the end and now im here and by the way i am saving for acting classes! so................ yea. what do i do to keep him from stealing from me? and how do i get it all back? if u count up how much $ he has got from me i know it will be way more than $100! it is from b-day, christmas, and this year babysiting! well anyways what do i do? sorry it was so long! when i start i can't stop o and by the way i have been crying all day and now i cant go any where cause my eyes are all red! o and did i say when i tell my mom and dad they will say "you prob just put it some where and 4got it" or give me what i am missing but that isn't the point! it is their son! he stole from me! he lied to me! he is my brother and 16! he is childish! when i get mad he will just say well someone is PMSing when im not! you have got to help me the only thing i can thank of is to run away! o and did i say my uncle is a police? i don't no if i should tell him or not! cause well u no it might b a little weird! if i did what would i say?
