Is it okay to use super absorbency tampons on your 2nd try?

I just used a tampon today for the first time (wwoooo!) and tomorrow I am going to my cottage so I will want to be swimming. The only kind of tampons we have left In my house are super absorbency. Is it okay to use those on your second try with tampons? Like will it be difficult to put in? Thanks!
