Put in a tampon(3rd time) and almost fainted/couldnt hear anything! HELP!?

Today I was putting in a tampon an its my 3rd time. The first time i didnt put it infar enough, the second time it was in far enough but still sort of painful and right when i put in the tampon(while still sitting down), i lost 2 senses.(not even kidding.) i could not hear anything besides ringing and i could not see anything like when you get up too fast and you cant see anything for a few seconds. Except i could not for at least 2 minutes. I told my mom and i had to wait to take the tampon out later cuz it was too painful then. Such a bad experience, went 2 doctor and they told me 2 try again when i felt like it and i tried today and the EXACT same thing happened! I also almost vomited, ugh anyone else had this happen to you??? What should i do? Thanks for the help:/
