None of the above was true for me when I had a period (I have a Mirena so I don't really get a period). I always used tampons, and never encountered anything like what you are describing. They were comfortable, and worked MUCH better than pads, but hey, to each her own.

As great as conditioning is it doesn't actually help all that much in Irish dancing. When I have a competition coming up I drill little pieces of my steps over and over and over. Think about your feet placement (cross over, turnout, on your toes, etc). If you can get a mirror so you can watch your feet it is extremely helpful. A small plywood board is also a great investment because hen you can practice hardshoe at home even if you don't have much space. Make sure all of your rhythms are sharp and clear and that you kick your butt every time.

How to align two parallel wheels?

Not quite sure in which category it belongs. I want to built a kind a large tricycle. I can weld and I want to build it out of existing bike parts. I've got most of it together, but I am a bit stuck how to make sure the two back wheels which should be parallel are indeed so. so i started my period sunday its only my second period so its very irregular and i have no idea how many days it will be. however, my sister and mother both have their periods for like 7-8 days so i think im going to have a very long one. i tumble (back handsprings/ back flips/ front flops fyi)/am on trampoline team ( routines on that really bouncey in ground trampoline. this class is on thursday and im wondering if i will leak by using a light tampon, because if i do straddle jumps on the trampoline it i leak at all it could go onto the white trampoline! how embarrassing, and to make matters worse, my coach is a guy D': so should i wear a regular sized tampon instead of a light? my flow is light tho :/. ok and last thing, whenever i change my tampon ( every 2-3.5 hours) only half the tampon is bloody the other half is still clean, why is this? im 13 btw and thanks for reading i really appreciate it <3

I'm using Mozilla Firefox 4 and for some reason it won't let me save files off the internet anymore! How do i catch these trout?

I found a small stream in Northwestern Connecticut that is stocked with rainbow and i think brown trout. On a straight a way, there is a large fallen white pine tree that crosses the stream and lays in the water maybe a couple inches. A bunch of debris has caught on this tree on the upstream side. The downstream side has a deep pool, maybe 7-8 feet. On the downstream side of the tree i can see a group of trout with huge lunker trout just swimming in place facing upstream. The water is super calm there. They hang out just past and underneath this tree. I've tried just about everything to catch these guys. Yard worms on a hook with and without sinker, Power/Trout bait, rooster tails, salmon eggs, tube bait, bass head jigs, minnows, lures of all kinds. It is frustrating because I can SEE them just below me when i fish off the tree. The big trout don't even check out my bait. I can catch small ones here and there, but i want a real keeper. Do these bigger trout just not bite? How do i catch them? I am using a closed face reel on a very light pole about 4 ft long, with 10 lb line.

I was reading my bible and I heard a faint voice that sounded like a baby reading with me. I have a heavy burden on my spirit because I think this was the Holy Ghost. Spinning reel problem?

Its a micro lite (cheap), and I have been using jigs and very small soft minnow lures. I noticed that because the lures aren't heavy enough to keep tension on the line as i retrieve, the line spools on loosely and causes a birds-nest/jumble mess frequently. I have been putting the line between my two fingers above the reel, a few inches below the bottom eye on the rod, which helps it spool on tightly and prevents the mess from occurring but, its just not comfortable and somewhat annoying. There is no problem when I use a crank-bait. Any ideas on how to fix this, someway to add tension?

Extremely heavy period, sore/tender breast afterward?

It's been over 2 weeks since my period and my breast have been tender ever since. I have had period prior to that and haven't had sex since April. I do not understand how you are using a hammer drill in a place that you can't get your head above the hole though. Maintain your dignity. Remember even though you did do things that were horrible, you are human, prone to make mistakes, and you are remorseful. For now your husband is aware you are willing to work on things and he so far has not shown any interest in doing so as he is stil hurt by this. What you do is not allow him access to you as far as sex, dates etc. Be nice and polite, and always make sure he knows you are willing to work on things. It is crucial you give him incentive to make a move towards a reconciliation and you do this by not allowing him to have his cake and to eat it too. Simply say it hurts too much to have sex and dates because you still love him and only want him when he is ready to commit to his marriage again. This will give him incentive to make up his mind. Well I know where the hole is, and I have plastic applicator tampons, but I still can't do it. You probably put it in at the wrong angle/didn't put it in far enough, because if you properly put in a tampon you shouldn't be able to feel it at all. The trick to correct insertion of a tampon is to aim for your backbone. Don't put it in straight up because it'll hit your cervix - aim lower and shoot for your backbone (which seems wrong while you're doing it, but trust me, that's the right way.) It's really just a trial and error type of thing..you'll get the hang of it soon.

You couldn't put enough ink from a Sharpie on a jig to be toxic to a fish of any size. The ink is even less of a threat than the lead in the head of the jig or the paint that was used to cover it. I am uncertain as to why so many new fishermen mistakenly believe that everything we put in the water poisons the fish as if lead sinkers dissolve somehow, and inks, paints, stains, and dyes on a lure can somehow accumulate to such a degree that they will ultimately poison the fish that are unfortunate enough to swim anywhere near them. There is NO evidence to prove that ANYthing we use to paint our lures (or our boats) presents any kind of threat to fish and wildlife who use the waters of lakes and streams. To paint the heads of unfinished lead head jigs, I recommend some of the really exotic pearl colors found in the cosmetic department of most drug stores or larger department stores like Wal-Mart. Check out the selection of fingernail polishes for a great choice of color options. Then, if you need to, use the Sharpie to add features like eyes, mouth, gills, etc. It works for me, and the fish I consume regularly show NO signs of chemical poisoning. Neither do I! Go for it!

I use playtex sport. its really easy for everything, especially removal because i had a lot of pain with tampax. Okay, so hold the applicator or the grip and push it into your vagina, aiming for your lower back. Once your finger touch your body, push the smaller tube into the bigger tube. For me it was weird, i pushed and got it half way in but it felt like it hit something, i think it might be my ceryvix. but i had to pull the applicator out a little. that might not be the same for you, but if it is, dont freak out. It actually ended up working out perfectly. Once youve pushed the smaller tube into the bigger tube, then slowly pull the applicator out. You shouldnt feel it. I felt it every time and it hurt until i started to used playtex sport. They really are helpful. If you do feel it like i did, DONT try to remove it. I hate when people say take it out and try again, because truth is, that it hurts reallly badly to remove a dry tampon. So try to soak in a bath and take it out after. Sore breasts? (Plan B and period..?)?

I had my last period on June 5. I had unprotected sex like a week after it started, maybe 3 days after it ended, give or take. We used the pull-out method and he didn't come inside me, but I took Plan B ,about 70 hours afterwards just to be sure. Sex on Sunday, Plan B on Tuesday, and then I started bleeding on the next Sunday. The bleeding lasted for about 3 days, and it was heavy enough for me to use at least one tampon during the day. I know Plan B can cause bleeding, but I didn't know whether or not this would be considered my period. Yesterday, my breasts started getting sore. They aren't so sore that it hurts to wear a bra or tight shirt, but they hurt when I touch them and when I go up and down the stairs. I noticed a week before my last period that my breasts were sore, but this isn't something that started happening until last month. Or if it happened before that, I didn't notice. Should I be expecting my period on July 3 like I normally would? Or is this something to worry about?

i live in tennessee and i want to start using tube jigs for catching sunfish. what kind of jig heads should i use? 1/32 ounce? and are there certain jig heads designed specifically for tubes? also, the water temp is under 50 right now and i've been having some decent luck with crappie nibbles on a bare hook on a split shot rig...do i even stand a chance at catching gills with tubes? and what methods do you suggest i use when they're hesitant to bite.

Horrible Cramps? please help, pleasee.?

so ever since i was younger i had terrible cramps. i had my first periode when i was in 5th grade so i was about 10 or 11. now my cramps hurt so bad. i get them in my legs stomach back and arms. its terrible. now that im in highschool its gotten worse. the first couple days are so bad that i usually have to come home from school because i cant stand it. i have been taking ideprophen and everytime i have to usually take 3 of them the first round because it hurts so bad. and i usually cant wear tampons, like once i have it in, it kinda feels okay but it still hurts but taking it out os the worst. feels like im ripping everything out. and i dont even wanna think about sex, just the though of it hurts. and i have bad sweating, i will be sitting there and all of a sudden get really hot and feel dizzy. i freak out my teachers all the time with it. it really looks like im gonna pass out. and whenever i go to the bathroom ( not peeing) my stomach will feel like its exploding. my tummy tightens up and all i can do is just sit there and wait. im tired of this pain, can anyone please tell me whats going on ?

Hello. Tomorrow I'm thinking of walking up to a local cemetery to do some bass fishing in a small pond they have. Around here its been pretty cold lately. Air temperature has been mainly around 40 degrees. I don't think the bass have started spawning yet. What time of the day at this time of the year will the bass hit best, or will they hit at anytime since the temperature mainly stays the same? I have an urge to pee nonstop?

Last night, I drank 3 wine coolers and a shot of moonshine. After peeing all the alcohol out of my system, I started having the urge to pee nonstop. As soon as i'm done peeing and I stand up, the urge is back. It feels like my bladder is full, but when I try to pee, nothing comes out except for a little trickle. I am also on my period, could it be my tampons? I stopped using them about a hour ago and switched to a pad, but I still feel the same urge. I'm confussed and I don't know what to do. Is it the alcohol or my tampons? And how can I make it go away without going to a doctor?

Which Rapala crankbait is best used for fishing Smallmouth in shallow, rocky cover?

In late June, I will be fishing Lake Erie for Smallmouth Bass. We kill them around piers at this time of the year on jigs, tubes, finesse worms, etc. I'm sort of new to crankbait fishing, though. I'm definitely going to buy some X-Raps and Clackin' Raps, but what about a good crankbait for this situation. The water we fish is around 5 feet, give or take, and its mostly rocks. The smallies hang around and under the piers up in the rocks. The water is pretty stained. Would a Rapala X-Rap Shallow Shad be a good choice? Any other sugestions? And also, any color suggestions? We like to stick to dark, crawfish patterns when we're finesse fishing, but I want to stick to baitfish patterns for hardbait fishing. A ton of white bass school up around this pier also, so what would be a good color choice to imitate white bass, but bright enough for the stained water?

The Christian Narrow Gate?

Can a true Christian elaborate on this? My contention is that like Jesus proclaimed "few will find it" based on true repentance of sins, which is a part of the forgiveness He brings. I feel that by through God's word, our sins are revealed and then we must repent. I often debate a fellow Christian on this, she maintains that we all desire sin and in effect remain in this state (Romans 7) but does not understand that true repentance comes from being saved. It isn't a wishy washy proclamation to believe in Jesus that he died for our sins, if the Holy Spirit enters your heart and your proclamation is heart driven (internal) and God's knows the heart, taking the order of the Holy Spirit to be an obedient servant, I believe at this point you are actually saved and then we can pursue total righteousness instead of sin. Can anyone explain this better? Other words the born again sentiment as stated in the Gospel message.
